Students at a Newport primary school will be able to show off their creative side after their local MS donated a bundle of art supplies.
Natasha Asghar MS, who represents South Wales East in the Welsh Parliament, visited Marshfield Primary School this week to handover the goodies.
A group of Year 6 students met with Natasha in the Senedd just before Christmas and told them how much they love arts and crafts and would like more supplies in their school.
The MS went away armed with that information and managed to secure a selection of arts and craft supplies including colouring sets and origami.
Natasha Asghar MS said:
“It was an absolute pleasure to visit Marshfield Primary School and handover the arts supplies to students recently.
“I hope they enjoy them and let their creative flair run wild. They have promised to send me photos of their work, and I can’t wait to see them.”
