For far too long, the M4 at Newport has been plagued by heavy congestion and traffic.
My constituents, visitors, commuters, and businesses have put up with the never-ending motoring mayhem for years.
Successive Welsh Governments have failed to address the problem. We were once promised an M4 relief road, but Labour pulled the plug on the scheme after spending more than £150m of taxpayer cash on research and development.
Enough is enough. We need an M4 relief road to get Newport moving again and that's exactly what I will continue fighting for.
