
Without a doubt, the coronavirus pandemic dealt a major blow to the Welsh economy, but sadly things were bad before thanks to years of neglect from Labour governments in Cardiff Bay.
With Wales having the highest business rates in Great Britain and the lowest disposable income in the UK, things need to change.
